Fees
Fees for orthodontic treatment depend on your individual treatment plan and will vary accordingly. Once your treatment plan is determined, our financial experts will cover all of the details of your investment and will work with you to determine the best option for payment. You may even choose to begin the same day as your complimentary exam! It is important to Dr. Arash Abolfazlian that payment does not become a barrier to achieving the smile of your dreams.
Financial Options
- If you elect to pay your investment in full, at the beginning of your treatment, we are happy to offer a reduction in fee as our pay in full courtesy.
- We provide a flexible, in-office financing plan! Our patients who take advantage of this plan enjoy interest-free payments after an initial down payment is made at the beginning of treatment.
- Third-party financing companies are also available to discuss additional opportunities. With approval, you may be able to secure low monthly payments without an initial down payment.
Insurance
As part of our commitment to excellence, we will verify your orthodontic insurance benefit prior to beginning your journey to a new smile. We include this as part of your financial presentation, so that you may determine how it affects your overall investment. Your Investment
After Dr. Arash completes a thorough exam and discusses treatment options, we will review all fees with you before we begin treatment. Fees for orthodontic treatment depend on your treatment and will vary accordingly.
It is important to us that we work out a convenient payment plan with you, and we offer various plans to suit your needs.
If you are interested in full payment, we are happy to offer a fee reduction as a book-keeping courtesy.
Through third-party financing companies, we are able to offer our patients a flexible payment plan that fits easily into your budget. Applications are available at our office or online, and approval is generally within 30 minutes. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, checks, and credit card drafts.
As a service to you, we will process your insurance forms. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee overage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, our courteous team is always available to answer them.
